KA REWA TE KOHU – HUINGA RANGATAHI 2024
Te Ūkaipō invited rangatahi Māori aged 16-30 to attend this awesome kaupapa!
The kaupapa was developed to provide rangatahi inspiration and exposure to opportunities that potentially could contribute towards their career development.
Ngāti Mutunga were welcomed to participate in the huinga as part of the expo where we offered information for rangatahi regarding Education Grants, and opportunities provided by the iwi.
There was a huge line up of guest speakers from a range of career sectors, presenting their mahi journey, the challenges, rewards, and opportunities. Rangimokai, Pairo and Larnee supported this kaupapa and thoroughly enjoyed the day, meeting new whānau, catching up with those we knew and linking whānau up with registrations. Huge shout out to the whānau (Te Ūkaipō) that worked tirelessly to create and make this event a great success
