If your whānau, organisation or trust wants to develop your papakāinga or build affordable homes for whānau then this wānanga is for you.
Come and hear the Ranga-Bidois whānau of Ngārauwāhia talk about their journey from a whānau plan funded by Te Puni Kōkiri to a cluster of whānau owned homes.
You will also hear from Housing New Zealand about Kāinga Whenua loans to help fund your housing plans.
The Māori Housing Network manages funds to support projects to improve housing outcomes focusing on smaller scale projects that:
– improve the quality of housing
– build capability and capacity in the sector, and
– increase the supply of affordable housing.
Please contact Raymond Tuuta at the Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Mutunga Office on (06) 752 3247 to register. Spaces are limited.
