Te Whiringa Roadshow – Ōtautahi
The Te Whiringa roadshow in Christchurch was an awesome success, with positive feedback and engagement from attendees. The event saw approximately 60 whānau in attendance engaging in the spirit of whakawhanaungatanga. The engagement and enthusiasm shown by all the participants was truly inspiring. The connections made, conversations had, and the knowledge shared during the roadshow exemplified the values of our iwi and highlighted the importance of fostering relationships within our iwi.
This kaupapa not only provided valuable information and resources but created a sense of belonging and unity within our Ngāti Mutunga whānau. Through this kaupapa, we were able to understand the aspirations of the whānau that live in and around Christchurch, and how they want to be more connected within their own area and with whānau that live there.
