Below is a very insightful report on the work that was completed during 2019 – 2022 to investigate the contamination of Urenui River. The report is written by Thomas McElroy from the Taranaki Regional Council. Thomas has been a critical partner for Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Mutunga throughout this project. The report has some technical aspects, however, the first 6 pages provide a good overview.
